When my doctor entered the exam room, greeting warmly and smiled, asked how I’d been — not in a rushed, scripted way, but wanted to know how I really was. He too the time to listen carefully as I shared updates about my health, lifestyle changes, and never once looked at the clock, instead, asked thoughtful follow-up questions that showed and Dr Vallone is always fully present and engaged. During the exam itself, explaining every step as he went along so I always knew what was happening and why. We discussed not just the numbers on my chart, but sleep, stress management, medications and even mental well-being. Also personalized recommendations without making me feel judged or overwhelmed. Dr Vallone also ordered the appropriate follow-up tests with clear explanations. By the end of the appointment, I left feeling truly cared for — informed, reassured, and motivated to keep taking good care of myself. My doctor didn’t just treat my body; he treated me as a whole person. I left leaving the medical appointment feeling lighter and more hopeful, but that’s exactly how I felt. I’m so fortunate to have such a dedicated, compassionate physician.

Dr. Vallone has so many positive attributes that I can't list them all here. He is thorough, takes time with questions, extremely well-informed, follows up on any symptoms or tests that raise questions, explains the details of any plan of treatment, compassionate. He is always one step ahead of whatever disease has raised its ugly head. I feel safe having him as my doctor.

Concierge medical care isn’t for everyone, primarily because it’s pricey. The flip side is that you DO get what you pay for: an exceptional team of caring, highly skilled and highly empathetic medical professionals when you need them, not the 2nd Tuesday 3 months from now.
