5 months agoI am trying the new place. I was a member of Partner MD. One of the biggest issues I have seen is they no longer make appointment for specialists like Partner. Took me over a two months to get one with a colon doctor. Had to do that myself. I will give it a try, but not happy at this point.

8 months agoI was a patient at Partner MD before the acquisition and I’ve been very disappointed since it was acquired by Inova. I have a lot of respect for the care I’ve received at the Inova hospitals, but unfortunately this practice location is very poorly managed. I keep getting billed each month and receiving their newsletters, but haven’t been able to make an appointment for months despite many calls. I was supposed to have a follow up appointment in February and they simply cancelled it. Last week I finally reached a person on the phone (rather than leaving another voicemail that doesn’t get returned) and she would only schedule something weeks out. Today I also got a time change alert for my annual appointment in November rather than help scheduling an appointment sooner. MyChart does not allow me to send any emails or have any functionality since I have not seen the new doctor yet. I cancelled today and hope they’ll issue a full refund given that they have provided no service to me since the acquisition. They’ve wasted a lot of my time and I’m now way overdue for my follow up appointment.
