2 years agoDr. Botelho is truly and amazing woman. She is very genuine and is the best primary care doctor I’ve ever had. Although I’m definitely bias seeing that I’m her daughter! Hahaha

3 years agoI truly feel like Dr. Botelho cares about her patients and listens to their needs to make appropriate decisions about their health. I couldn’t recommend this practice enough! My family has been seeing her for several years and I’m very pleased to finally have found a doctor that listens to me and takes me seriously! The staff is amazing as well and couldn’t be more helpful!

3 years agoI initially had a positive experience with this office. I do believe Dr. Botelho cares about her patients and is a very friendly and personable provider. However, I will be finding a new primary care doctor after a series of frustrating experiences.I had an appointment several months ago where I was seated in the exam room and could hear Dr. Botelho in the next room over chatting and making small talk with her previous patient for nearly 30 minutes after my appointment time was scheduled. I did not feel like my needs were appropriately discussed during that appointment. She seemed to want to cling to what her idea of my problem was without fully understanding all facets of it.My follow up appointment was virtual and I was told to be on line 15 minutes before my scheduled time. I waited for 30 minutes alone on the line before hanging up. An additional 30 minutes later (45 minutes after my schedule appointment) they finally called to tell me they were running late and it would be another 15-20 minutes. Finally, I am dealing with billing issues related to that appointment. (UPDATE: I am still receiving new bills over a year since leaving this practice) I have paid my bill 6 weeks ago and am still getting repeated calls and emails saying that I have yet to pay. I have tried several times during business hours to call their office and have never successfully gotten anyone on the line to speak to or had my calls returned.Overall, Dr. Botelho seems to be a kind and caring provider, however I have been unimpressed by how her office is run. It may work for some, but as a busy patient who has to take time off of work for appointments and can't afford to wait around for hours, I will be looking for care elsewhere.

3 years agoShe has been here for me many years and I missed her when she left. I was so happy when she came back, even though the ride to her office isn't so pleasant. She is true and will treat you both like a person and a patient. Yes, office related issues have happened, but J is on it. And let's not forget about Yolanda. Thank you for being real and true!
