2 months agoI had an appointment today with Dr. Julie at Nexus Health, Pacheco St, Santa Fe, and I was very disappointed. I came in for help with a chronic cough that has lasted for months, and despite explaining all the treatments I’ve already tried (inhalers, Flonase, allergy meds, and omeprazole), I was only given another inhaler. I also asked about a cough syrup, and Dr. Julie implied I was seeking narcotics and questioned whether I was being honest about my upcoming appointments. Her comments made me feel judged and dismissed, and my health concerns were not taken seriously. I left feeling frustrated and unheard.

3 months agoTruly dreadful front of house staff. Major attitude. Inexperienced young nurses who are dangerously unqualified. Very fine doctors, but this place is a total mess. Took 3 months to get a working phone system, and their web site now does not even work properly, and it's been 9 months... people, move on. Try them in a year, when they will either be great, or closed.
