a month agoWhen you walk in the door of this office, you greeted by a big smile and a friendly hello from Lonnie and if she is not there, Allison is also very cheery. A friend of mine has a Dr, Ma as a doctor And speaks very highly of her. My hero, however, is Dr. Gair who lightens up the room when she walks in and says hello how are you feeling and I’m immediately feeling better. Dr. Gair is the best doctor that I’ve ever had and I’ve had a lot of of them.

6 months agoMy husband and I are longtime (30+ years) patients of Pacific Palisades Concierge Medical Group and have always been highly appreciative of the thoughtful care provided by the doctors and staff. They are very responsive and will deal promptly with any issue right away, be it refilling a prescription, responding to an email, or making time for a pre-op appointment on an emergency basis. We were saddened to hear that the office in the Palisades was lost to the fire but are so grateful that Drs. Gair and Ma and all of the staff were safe. We have now been to the new office in Santa Monica and were delighted to find windows in the exam rooms - a rarity in any doctor's office. The same friendly staff is all there and it felt very welcoming.

7 months agoDr. Gair has been helping me with all my health issues for several years now. She is the best doctor I have ever had. Dr. Gair is thorough, takes detailed notes, and always provides several options (with her recommendation) to a problem. Dr. Gair has a friendly personality and is very easy to communicate with. Her staff is 1st rate, and I don't think you can do better if you are looking for primary care. My thanks to Palisades Medical Group!

a year agoI have been a patient at PPMG for more years than I can remember. Dr. Gair and Dr. Ma are fantastic, understanding, professional and so knowledgeable. The staff is great, it is fun to interact with them, they are always on top of their game. Getting an appointment is always easy and the staff is accommodating if you need to see the doctors that day.PPMG is the group to go to for your medical needs. They are all awesome!
