11 months agoDr. Keene was at first very helpful with manipulations, However, he did recommend Cortisone injections for hip bursitis. A few months after receiving these injections I developed a glute tear in the same region I was getting the injections. He prescribed these injections every 3 months. According to most MDs I talked to the frequency of the injections was not recommended. The prolo therapy had no effect. I would urge caution if he offers you injections.
