4 months agoLike other concierge doctors, Dr. Johansen offers same-day appointments and an easy way to reach her during the workday and outside of working hours. However, Dr. Johansen goes above and beyond the level of service offered by the others. She listens attentively; explains your medical issues clearly; offers treatment alternatives; promptly orders tests and makes referrals; and finds good specialists to evaluate and treat your condition when necessary. She respects your right to make the final decision regarding your treatment. Every time you see her, she seeks to connect with you on a personal level as well as a professional one.
