Beverly Hills Concierge Doctor: Ehsan Ali, MD

My first into to this doctor was years ago, I was asked if I could do a social media collab with him for his aesthetics practice. I never did but eventually I needed a PCP, and he was on the list to doctors I was approved for. I went into his practice and all seemed fine in fact great! I would get my labs done all in the same place so it made it easier for me. He implemented a yearly fee to work directly with him later on. I was understanding, and was fine with working with his NP, I figured it would be roughly the same experience but when it came time to check in my labs, I was the one calling the office to book a follow up, when I noticed abnormal results when they should have contacted me. I felt like I was doing their job. Thankfully I know how to read labs. When I also would ask very specific questions to the NP they would say they had to contact the Dr and I would need a second tele health appointment costing me double than if I were to have seen the doctor in the first place. Over all the office and staff are friendly, but it just seemed very difficult to get streamline care especially when I have an autoimmune. I may need to look for a new PCP

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Dr. Ehsan Ali and his team are amazing. A family member needed care and they got us in for a same-day appointment. The staff was incredibly kind and professional, the communication was excellent and the office in Beverly Hills is beautiful. Dr. Ali was attentive, thorough, and compassionate. Highly recommend to anyone looking for excellent medical care.

I honestly feel so lucky to have Dr. Ali as my GP. From the very first visit, he made me feel comfortable, heard, and genuinely cared for. He’s one of those rare doctors who takes the time to listen, not just to your symptoms, but to you as a person.Appointments never feel rushed. Dr. Ali explains everything clearly, answers all my questions with patience, and makes sure I understand what’s going on with my health. It’s such a relief knowing I can trust him completely with my care.What really stands out is his kindness and the way he treats people with empathy, respect, and real attentiveness. Whether it’s a routine check-up or something more serious, I always leave feeling reassured and supported.I can’t thank Dr. Ali enough for the peace of mind he gives me. He’s an incredible doctor, and I’m truly grateful to have him in my corner.

Needed some forms completed for school which they charged $35 to fill out. It was missing one of the additional school forms I needed, so I followed up with them some weeks later. They said I had to pay another $35 to sign the one additional page form.
