The reason for giving 1 star for this doctor is not his knowledge or expertise as a doctor, it is for the incompetent or poorly trained staff that one contacts to book an appointment. I am a new patient and tried to book an appointment for annual checkup, this is what happened to me: - In my first booking, the lady who took my info (name, insurance, email, tel #, etc) forgot to record any of that info. I got no confirmation and my appt was cancelled. - I called and booked another appointment, again gave all my insurance info, tel #, email, etc. Again, I got no confirmation and no follow up but I went there anyway. - Once at the doctor's office, I found out that my name was mistaken for another patient. They didn't have my right insurance and I ended up waiting for 40 minutes while the very uninterested and uninformed receptionist tried to confirm my insurance and after 40 minutes of waiting I was told that my insurance was NOT accepted. So I took time off from work, spent 2 hours to go there, wait and then come back as angry as possible from this doctor's office and I will never go back there again. The doctor himself may be good but his office staff are as bad as they come. Incompetent, poorly trained and totally uninterested in their work.
